01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkrbit platform, creating an account or placing any bet or game stake, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pkrbit. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform in any capacity.

pkrbit reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the pkrbit platform including registered account holders, guests browsing the platform and any person accessing pkrbit services through a mobile browser or any other device.

02 Account Eligibility

To register and use a pkrbit account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing pkrbit voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from the platform.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.
• You must be the sole owner and authorised user of the payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals.

pkrbit may request proof of identity and age at any point. This is a standard verification process and is required before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

03 Registration & Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one pkrbit account. Creating duplicate, secondary or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same person, device, payment method or IP address, pkrbit reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or pending withdrawals.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. If your information changes after registration, you must update your account details promptly by contacting pkrbit support.

pkrbit accounts are strictly for personal use. You may not allow any other person to access or operate your account. Selling, transferring or lending your pkrbit account to another person is not permitted under any circumstances.

pkrbit reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of fraud, misuse, breach of these terms or any activity that pkrbit considers harmful to the platform or its players.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pkrbit are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment
• Bank Transfer
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed on the platform

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone other than the account holder sends funds — are not accepted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds may be returned and the account reviewed.

pkrbit does not charge any platform fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside pkrbit's control. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed within the Deposit section of your account dashboard.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on pkrbit are processed to the same verified payment method used for the original deposit. This means your winnings go to your own JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast ID or bank account — no transfers to third parties are permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawal requests may be subject to an additional verification step before processing.

Typical withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash: 15 to 30 minutes
• Easypaisa: 15 to 30 minutes
• Raast: Same day
• Bank Transfer: Within the same business day for requests placed during standard hours

pkrbit does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own standard charges. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. If your account has not yet completed verification, your withdrawal request will be held until satisfactory documentation is provided.

pkrbit reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the relevant account will be reviewed and the player notified of the outcome.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

pkrbit may offer bonuses, promotions and special offers to registered players from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. The following practices are considered bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Using coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms
• Withdrawing bonus funds before completing stated wagering requirements
• Any pattern of play that pkrbit reasonably determines to be exploitative of a promotional offer

pkrbit reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have not been claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.

07 Game & Betting Rules

pkrbit offers five main gaming and betting categories: Casino Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo and Sports Betting. Each category operates according to its own specific game rules, which are available within the relevant section of the platform. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

For Sports Betting, the following general principles apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed after placement.
• Cricket markets — including Pakistan internationals, PSL, T20 tournaments and bilateral series — are settled according to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or declared void before a result can be determined, bets will be settled according to the specific void and abandonment rules published for that market.
• Football and Esports bets are settled on the basis of the final official result. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in standard match result markets unless explicitly stated.
• pkrbit reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has started if it is determined that the bet was placed using information not available to the general public at the time.

For Casino and Live Casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or by real-time live dealer results. pkrbit does not influence game outcomes in any way. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes in any Casino or Live Casino game.

For Fish Games and Bingo, game-specific rules and prize structures are displayed within the game interface. Players are encouraged to review these before each session.

08 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkrbit. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of any account balance:

• Registering more than one account per person
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits
• Attempting to launder money or use pkrbit for any illegal financial activity
• Using automated bots, scripts or software tools to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players in poker, Bingo or any other competitive format
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or platform glitches for financial gain
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or pkrbit support staff
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation
• Any action intended to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players

09 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrbit login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. pkrbit will never ask you for your password through email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as suspicious and do not respond.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pkrbit support immediately. We recommend changing your password at once if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

pkrbit uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the device and network you use to access pkrbit are secure. Accessing your account on shared or public devices carries inherent risk and is done at your own discretion.

Any activity carried out on your pkrbit account — including bets placed, games played and withdrawal requests submitted — will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify pkrbit support of a security breach before or immediately after such activity occurs.

10 Responsible Gaming

pkrbit is committed to providing a gaming environment that remains enjoyable, controlled and within reasonable personal limits. Gaming should always be treated as entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. This requirement is enforced through the account verification process and pkrbit takes it seriously. Underage gaming is not permitted and any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a minor will be closed immediately.

pkrbit encourages all players to adopt the following responsible gaming habits:

• Set a personal PKR budget for each gaming session before you start

12 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may occasionally affect platform availability.

pkrbit is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data or any other financial or non-financial loss arising from:

• Platform downtime or technical interruptions beyond pkrbit's reasonable control
• Your failure to keep your login credentials secure
• Actions taken by pkrbit in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, including account suspension or bet voiding
• Errors in information provided by you during registration or verification
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider

In all cases, pkrbit's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds currently held in that player's verified pkrbit account at the time the relevant issue arises.

13 Changes to Terms

pkrbit reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly whenever changes are made.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, pkrbit will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the platform or by email to the address on file. However, it remains your responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of pkrbit after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
